UNIT 4: COMPARING THREE DIFFERENT PLACES/ OBJECTS/ PEOPLE

• Post on your blog the images and names of 3 objects/ people/ places.

• Write 4 sentences comparing the three images using COMPARATIVE and SUPERLATIVE forms. 

For example:
The dark hair boy is faster than the blond hair boy, but the red hair boy is the fastest.

 

 

UNIT 3: A TOUR OF OUR SCHOOL

Write a script for a tour of your school. Use adjectives and THIS, THAT, THESE, THOSE. 

Paragraph 1:

• Welcome people to your school and give some interesting facts about it.

Paragraph 2:

• Begin in the entrance hall and describe some of the rooms nearby. Say what they are used for.

Paragraph 3: 
Choose another area of the school to describe. Give some personal information. 

Add a picture of your Secondary School.

Paragraph 1:

• Write personal details and say why you want an e-friend.

Paragraph 2: 

• Write two or three sentences about your daily routines.

Paragraph 3: 

• Write two or three sentences about free time activities, hobbies and interests.

Design the BEDROOM OF YOUR DREAMS and describe it. You can use the model in page 18.

Paragraph 1:

• Choose a name for your room and describe it. What does it look like? Use adjectives.

Paragraph 2:

• What have you got in your room? Say where objects are, use prepositions.
• What haven't you got in your room?
• Use AND, BUT and OR

Paragraph 3: 

• What is your favourite thing in the room?
• Add a picture
